Booking & Payment
To book our furniture hire services, you must provide us with accurate and complete information about your event, including the date, time, and location. We require a security deposit at the time of booking, which is refundable as long as the hired items are not damaged. The balance of the hire fee is due on or before the day of delivery.
Delivery & Collection
We will deliver the furniture/goods to the location specified in your booking, unless agreed otherwise. You or someone appointed by you must be present at the delivery address to receive the furniture. We will collect the furniture at the end of the hire period, unless agreed otherwise. You or someone appointed by you must be present at the collection address to return the furniture.
Condition of Furniture / Goods
The furniture/goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were hired. You are responsible for any damage caused to the furniture/goods during the hire period. If the furniture/goods are not returned in the same condition in which they were hired, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of repair or replacement.
Liability & Insurance
We will not be liable for any loss or damage to your property or any injury to persons at your event, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by our negligence or breach of these Terms and Conditions. We strongly recommend that you take out insurance to cover any loss or damage to the furniture during the hire period.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 14 days before the hire date. If you cancel within 14 days of the hire date, you will be liable for the full hire fee.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
